Minimum Requirements for CallCorp Contact Center
To ensure optimal performance when accessing the contact center, running Screen Recording, or using the Desktop Experience, computers should meet the following minimum specs.
Operating System | A supported version of Windows or macOS. |
Processor | A 2.5Ghz Dual Core processor. |
Memory | 16GB recommended (8GB minimum).
Note: If you intend to use Screen Recording the 16GB recommendation is essential. |
Disk Space | 100GB of Operating System drive space. |
Desktop Resolution | 1920x 1080 recommended. |
Audio | Wired analog headset with an integrated microphone recommended. For more information see the Recommended Headsets article. |
Internet Connection | 20 Mbps download / 5 Mbps Upload and an ethernet connection recommended. |
Browser | Google Chrome™ updated to the latest version. For full functionality pop-ups, cookies and notifications must be enabled and access to the microphone allowed. We also recommend setting the browser tabs to never "go to sleep", for more information see this article. |
If hardware or internet connection do not meet the minimum requirements, users might experience frustration with the application.
The platform supports most hardware VoIP phones but Yealink VoIP phones are recommended. It should be noted cellular / mobile phones can be used as headsets, but due to limited coverage, weak signals and outdated models, audio and connection issues might occur.
