Purpose

In certain circumstances, an ordinary "cache clear" does not achieve the desired results.


In these circumstances, there is an additional procedure that can be carried out that will often rectify problems.


Please follow the instructions below.


Always make sure you are running the latest version of Microsoft Edge.


On the Contact Center webpage, right click any part of the screen and select "Inspect".


Now, RIGHT click the "Refresh" button in the browser toolbar, and select "Empty cache and hard refresh"

 

Once this is complete, retry whatever action was causing problems and see if it is now rectified.


In some circumstances, you may also need to restart the browser and / or the computer.
