Overview:

The CallCorp Contact Center knowledge base is a great way to quickly find answers to many of your support questions. 


To access and use the Contact Center knowledge base, please follow these steps. 


Steps:

  1. Once logged into your CallCorp Contact Center, click the support icon in the bottom left corner.

  2. To view or search for articles, click Knowledge Base and select a category to browse or enter a search term in the search field and click Search. Click on the name of the desired article to view it.
